My name is Michael Blake, but you can call me OUTBACK PADDY.
Originally from Dublin City in Ireland, I adopted Australia as my home way back in 1986. I am a travelling entertainer, songwriter, singer, guitarist, storyteller, public speaker, visiting artist and motivator in Australian schools since 1989.
To date I have entertained many thousands of school students, teachers & parents in cities, towns and remote communities across Australia. Along the way I have written and recorded many songs and produced four cds of my aussie country songs and bush ballads.
I have entertained multicultural audiences in concert venues, clubs, holiday resorts and caravan parks across this great sunburnt land. I love what I do and I want to tell the world about it.
My music is inspirational and brings hope, direction and laughter to all who engage with it.
